Currently on Hiatus

I realise this post is well overdue, but now’s as good a time as any to post.

Last year, my partner and I unexpededly found out we were expecting, just a couple of months after I really started getting back into my art. How life throws you curveballs, hey! As a result much of 2021 was spend preparing for the baby’s arrival and generally dealing with the shock of being a father to be.

Rose Richards was born on 4th January 2022. She is an absolute delight and I’m a very proud father. I can’t wait until she’s old enough colour, draw, and paint with.

As you can expect, being a new parent has left me no time (or head-space) for my art — as well as working a full-time job. So right now, my art is on a hiatus.

I do plan to come back to it in the future, but for now it’s all hands on deck with my daughter.

Thanks for your understanding and support. See you soon!
